About the role

Responsibilities
- 建立、導入並持續精進公司整合管理系統( Smatrix ),確保符合 ISO 9001 、 ISO 14001 與 ISO 45001 ,特別聚焦離岸風電運轉維護(含陸上與離岸)相關活動。
- 規劃並統籌公司內外部稽核作業,包含稽核計畫、執行、報告及缺失與改善措施的追蹤與結案。
- 制定、檢視及維護作業程序、作業指導書及相關文件範本,確保專案與現場活動符合整合管理系統與客戶要求。
- 與專案管理、現場管理、 HSE 及維運團隊密切合作,將品質、環境與職安衛要求融入日常營運活動。
- 建立並監測與品質相關之關鍵績效指標(如缺失件數、客訴案件、返工情形、事件趨勢),定期彙整分析結果並提供管理階層參考。
- 於投標與客戶需求回應過程中,提供與品質及 ISO 要求相關之文件、證照與流程說明等專業支援。
- 規劃並執行公司內部整合管理系統、品質工具及 ISO 標準相關訓練,提升全體同仁的認知與執行能力。
- 負責管理與維護 Smatrix 文件與紀錄之版控與歸檔,確保文件即時更新、可追溯且妥善保存。
- 促進並參與風險評估、變更管理及與離岸風電運維流程相關之持續改善計畫。
- 支援客戶、驗證機構及集團內部之稽核與審查,擔任台灣地區品質與整合管理系統之主要窗口。
- 積極分享經驗與最佳實務,主動推動改善專案,以確保專案交付及工作流程持續優化。
Requirements
- 3 年以上品質管理或整合管理系統( ISO 9001/14001/45001 )相關工作經驗,具離岸風電、再生能源、電力、工程或重工產業背景尤佳。
- 專科以上,工程、環安衛、品質管理、工商管理等相關科系畢業。
- 英文--聽 / 精通、說 / 精通、讀 / 精通、寫 / 精通,能以英文撰寫與審閱程序文件、稽核報告及對外往來文件。
- 熟悉 ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 標準及其導入與維護實務。
- 具內部稽核員或主導稽核員( Lead Auditor )資格者佳。
- 熟悉品質管理工具及風險導向思維。
- 具備良好電腦操作能力,熟悉 MS Office ( Excel 、 Word 、 PowerPoint )與文件管理系統。
