About the role

  • Mitarbeiter im Einkauf & Vertragsmanagement zur Unterstützung des Wachstums in der Windkraftbranche. Operative Einkaufsabwicklung, Dokumentationsmanagement und Projektmitarbeit in Büdelsdorf.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and track ERP reports to support decision-making
  • Active participation in management reporting and controlling analyses
  • Accurate documentation and contract management
  • Support with special orders
  • Assist with operational purchasing processes and monitor delivery dates
  • Review order confirmations and maintain relevant data in the system
  • Active involvement in company-wide projects
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or business discipline
  • Initial professional experience in contract management, purchasing, or a comparable position
  • Structured, analytical way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with contract management or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work proactively
  • Reliable team player (m/f/d)
