About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor ERP reports to support informed decision-making
  • Actively contribute to the preparation and analysis of management/controlling reports
  • Diligent documentation and contract management
  • Support the processing and coordination of special orders
  • Participate in operational purchasing processes and monitor delivery schedules
  • Review order confirmations and maintain all relevant data in the system
  • Actively contribute to company-wide projects
  • Identify optimization potential and implement measures to improve processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in contract management, purchasing, or a comparable role
  • Structured and analytical working style with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with contract management or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
