About the role

  • Procurement Assistant managing contract and documentation processes for renewable energy projects. Collaborating with teams to improve procurement and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and tracking of ERP reports to support informed decision-making
  • Active participation in the preparation and analysis of controlling/management reports
  • Careful documentation and contract management
  • Support in processing and coordinating special orders
  • Involvement in operational procurement processing and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Verification of order confirmations and maintenance of relevant data in the system
  • Active involvement in cross-functional projects
  • Identification of improvement potential and implementation of measures to optimize processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in contract management, procurement, or a comparable role
  • Structured and analytical working style with strong attention to detail
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Experience with contract management or ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and a reliable team player (m/f/d)
