Responsibilities
Development and implementation of the global sales strategy for offshore wind service offerings
Development of new products in the offshore service sector
Overall responsibility for revenue, order intake and margins in all relevant target markets
Leadership, development and management of the international sales organization
Establishment and maintenance of strategic customer relationships with operators, OEMs, EPCs and partners worldwide
Management of complex tenders, contract negotiations and framework agreements
Close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Project Management and Finance to ensure competitive proposals
Market and competitor analyses as well as identification of new business areas and service products
Representation of the company at international trade shows, conferences and industry events
Requirements
Degree in engineering or business (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
Experience in international sales – ideally in offshore wind energy or renewables
Several years of professional experience with a wind turbine manufacturer
Proven track record in building and scaling global structures
Several years of leadership experience in service
Strong negotiation skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
High intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Driving licence class B
