About the role

  • Director responsible for managing large-scale sales and operations activities at Desjardins Group. Supporting strategic priorities and ensuring effective team performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the vice-president by helping define strategic priorities
  • Develop and deliver the administrative department’s business plan based on strategic issues and targeted results
  • Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
  • Support the administrative unit’s business plan by successfully managing individual and team performance
  • Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
  • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
  • Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
