About the role

  • Credit Controller ensuring efficient cash flow by managing aged debt in the UK offices of Dentons. Collaborating with partners and fee earners while liaising with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Diligently chase aged debt by email and telephone
  • Arrange and attend meetings with partners and fee earners
  • Attend partner meetings alongside Revenue Controllers
  • Escalate problematic clients or debts as appropriate
  • Liaise with international teams for global client relations
  • Maintain debtor notes and activity logs in Elite 3E Collections
  • Assist with preparation of reports
  • Support daily banking activities and allocate payments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a credit control role
  • Understanding of collections processes
  • Knowledge of Elite 3E is helpful
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Skilled communicator
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Commercially aware, recognizing the importance of cashflow and client relationships
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
