About the role

  • Senior Project Manager leading operations processes and complex projects at DGS Diagnostics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and manage key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects across the Diagnostics Operations (e.g., product and process transfers, operational readiness, process excellence, and other cross-site transformations).
  • Take full ownership of project challenges, employing hands-on approaches to analyse root causes and resolve issues.
  • Apply best practices in project management, focusing on planning, change management, communication, governance, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Drive projects using data and numbers as a natural part of decision-making, including KPIs, timelines, cost, capacity, and risk assessments.
  • Proactively identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to define business needs, scope, priorities, and success criteria — including Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Lead and motivate highly skilled, cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the Steering Committee, including VP-level executives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in project management, with a proven track record of accountability, delivery, and effective stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels, including situations with limited supervision.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and structuring skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, create robust project plans, and guide complex decisions using a well-developed project management toolbox.
  • Practical understanding of Operations environments and manufacturing-related processes.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, including the ability to present, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to build strong, trust-based relationships in an international setting.
