- Senior Consultant Technician supporting clients with Windows 11 and MECM expertise at Delta Technologies. Involved in deployment and migration projects with advanced technical support responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and offsite support as needed
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations
- Participate in deployment and migration projects
- Use MECM tools (SCCM & Intune)
- Provide advanced technical support to users
- Participate in Delta's development tribe
- Support and manage Delta development initiatives
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when expert knowledge is required.

- Service-oriented with good communication skills
- Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field
- French and English are required; an additional language is an advantage.
