About the role

Responsibilities
- Support project execution under the direction of PMO Managers
- Lead IT projects and internal programs, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget
- Define and manage project methodology, governance, communication plans, budgets, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain project work plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, align expectations, and ensure ongoing transparent communication
- Monitor project scope, budget, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure completion of all required project deliverables
Requirements
- 1-3 years of IT project management experience, specifically with server, storage, and infrastructure projects
- PMP, CAPM, and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)
- On-site presence required 3 days per week at 5130 Hacienda Dr, Dublin, CA 94568
