About the role
- Lead and support negotiations in a broad range of commercial contracts with internal and external clients and suppliers
- Assist in the creation and implementation of legal policies, rules, and guidelines
- Remain updated on legal developments and continue to develop best practices tailored to Deloitte’s business needs
- Report directly to the QRM Partner in Singapore
Requirements
- A recognized law degree from an established university
- A qualification in Indonesian law
- Strong legal knowledge for Consulting/IT Industry and/or associated legislation, regulations and guidelines
- 5-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm
- Ability to work independently in advising on, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents on a broad range of commercial matters
- A good understanding of risk management and commercial practices
