About the role

  • Ensure the legal protection of the Group's international activities
  • Provide legal support to the SDI Business Unit
  • Legally optimize international commercial activities
  • Analyze, draft and participate in the negotiation of contracts
  • Advise and train operational teams
  • Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters in coordination with external counsel
  • Contribute to the rollout of the Group's international strategy
  • Monitor legal developments and analyze local legal systems

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law, with a specialization in Contract Law or in Business Law
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an international in-house lawyer / legal counsel
  • Experience with foreign legal environments would be an advantage
  • Experience in commercial/international contracts and international disputes/litigation
  • Knowledge of the food / agri-food industry
  • Excellent professional command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent drafting skills, strong analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational skills, rigor and pragmatism
