Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire process from planning and conceptualization, requirements definition, design, development, testing, to offshore management
Lead SAP projects aimed at reconstructing customer businesses and strengthening global collaboration in large-scale projects
Demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development
Requirements
Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level English
Or native-level proficiency in English with business-level Japanese
Experience in leading projects
Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
Project experience in the areas listed in the 'Job Description' within a consulting firm or technology vendor
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Core Business Operations
• Core System Implementation
• Project Management
Candidates with the following experiences are particularly welcome:
• Experience leading specific business areas or entire projects in SAP implementation
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation
• Project management and team leadership experience in global projects
• Consulting experience related to Southeast Asia
