Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end design of new features and improvements across the reOS platform — from discovery through to delivery
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and real estate experts to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, elegant experiences
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Apply a user-centered mindset to everything you do — from optimizing workflows to refining micro-interactions
Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, B2B or data-heavy applications
Compelling portfolio demonstrating your UX and UI design skills from concept to finished implementation
Proficient with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
Experience working closely with developers and an understanding of technical constraints in practical product development
Fluent German and good English (each at approximately B2–C2 level) — you should feel comfortable working in both languages
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership — don’t wait for perfect specifications, ask the right questions
