About the role

• Product Designer at deepimmo, developing intuitive user experiences for a real estate platform. Collaborating with experts to design functionalities from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end design of new features and improvements across the reOS platform — from discovery through to delivery
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and real estate experts to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, elegant experiences
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Apply a user-centered mindset to everything you do — from optimizing workflows to refining micro-interactions
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, B2B or data-heavy applications
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating your UX and UI design skills from concept to finished implementation
• Proficient with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Experience working closely with developers and an understanding of technical constraints in practical product development
• Fluent German and good English (each at approximately B2–C2 level) — you should feel comfortable working in both languages
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership — don’t wait for perfect specifications, ask the right questions
