Responsibilities
Manual testing of desktop and web applications.
Work with a distributed Agile development team to create high quality epics and stories.
Analyze functional and non-functional use cases to define test activities.
Design test cases, test scripts and test data that validate each use case.
Define clean focussed test scenarios, cases and steps of consistent high quality.
Use impact assessments to make effective use of time and resources.
Plan and design test strategies.
Ensure quality defect logging, analysis and investigation.
Drive quality improvements through process, communication and collaboration.
Produce high quality work within a defined SDLC and QMS.
Interact with product & project management and R&D teams to understand the project and testing objectives.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is essential.
ISTQB certification.
5+ years work experience in a similar testing role is essential.
Experience working with Windows & Linux OS.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient with Python programming language, other languages a plus.
Experience in defining and executing manual test scripts.
Experience in running automation tests in selenium framework.
Experience in API testing.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Must be flexible, independent, adaptable and self-motivated.
