About the role

  • Cash Management Sales role providing services for corporations, focusing on cash management solutions and client negotiations. Involves collaboration with internal teams across key regions for deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and close new cash management deals
  • Analyze client structures and identify gaps or weaknesses
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global coverage partners
  • Active portfolio management: create account plans and monitor KPIs
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals and RFP responses
  • Ensure compliance, risk management and market monitoring

Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least 6–8 years of experience in Cash Management / Treasury Solutions, preferably with CEE clients
  • Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Polish, Czech or Hungarian is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication at all levels (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Able to work independently, with guidance in complex situations
  • Decisive in non-standard situations
