Responsibilities
Identify, develop and close new cash management deals
Analyze client structures and identify gaps or weaknesses
Collaborate with internal teams and global coverage partners
Active portfolio management: create account plans and monitor KPIs
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals and RFP responses
Ensure compliance, risk management and market monitoring
Requirements
University degree
At least 6–8 years of experience in Cash Management / Treasury Solutions, preferably with CEE clients
Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Polish, Czech or Hungarian is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication at all levels (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze large datasets
Able to work independently, with guidance in complex situations
Decisive in non-standard situations
