About the role
- UX Designer developing innovative design solutions in a hybrid role at a financial systems project in Porto Alegre. Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical team in creating scenarios and user journeys (Q&A / scenario validation)
- Lead and facilitate ideation, brainstorming, co-creation sessions and group activities
- Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand user behavior
- Translate insights into functional and effective design solutions
- Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on results
- Design interfaces for mobile applications
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design Systems
- Collaborate with product teams, technology teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience moderating collaborative sessions (ideation, co-creation, etc.)
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, techniques and tools
- Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Familiarity with the Discovery process for digital products
- Experience conducting usability testing
- Experience designing mobile interfaces
- Familiarity with Design Systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or InVision
- Strong communication, proactivity, empathy and negotiation skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre/RS (two weeks on-site at the client)
- Degree in Design (Interaction, Interface, Service, Graphic with emphasis on UX), Advertising, or a related field.
