About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in building and implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) according to recognized standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIS-2, TISAX, BSI IT-Grundschutz)
- Assist with ISO/IEC 27001 gap analyses and maturity assessments, and support planning and implementation of remedial measures
- Contribute to risk analyses and the development of technical and organizational controls
- Participate in the creation and ongoing development of security policies, guidelines and awareness programs
- Collaborate with Data Protection/Privacy, Product Development and other internal departments
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Information Security or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in Information Security, IT security or Compliance
- Basic knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS-2, BSI IT-Grundschutz and TISAX is an advantage
- Certifications or interest in further training and obtaining relevant certificates (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001)
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach and confident communication with clients/stakeholders
- Very good German skills and fluent English, both written and spoken
