Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience practicing law
- Experience and enthusiasm for all stages of pre-trial litigation
- Experience or strong interest in class action litigation
- Knowledge or experience with CIPA, VPPA, TCPA, BIPA, privacy-based UCL causes of action, or similar claims
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to commit to excellent client service
- Comfort with analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations
- A passion for technology and collaborative work
