About the role
- Team leader in Full Stack Development at DATAGROUP in Berlin, leading an interdisciplinary team while ensuring technical project responsibility and client communication.
Responsibilities
- You lead an interdisciplinary development team (5–8 people or more)
- You are technically responsible for partly large development projects
- You work hands‑on in both frontend and backend development

Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Full Stack development
- Several years in a leadership role with personnel responsibility for teams of 5 or more people
- Frontend: React, Angular or Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java or comparable technologies
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
- DevOps/CI‑CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- German: Business fluent (C2) both written and spoken
- English: Very good command (C1 or better) for international projects and teams
- Experience in personnel development, mentoring and team building
