Responsibilities
- Creation of software packages using various technologies such as App Deployment Toolkit, InstallShield, Flexera AdminStudio
- Conduct quality tests, analyze and resolve issues, and perform acceptance testing
- Create documentation for software packages
- Prepare software for distribution via Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Intune
- Analyze and resolve issues using customer-specific ticketing systems
- Provide second- and third-level support
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) and/or comparable education or practical experience in the field
- Experience in analyzing and packaging Microsoft SCCM/MECM packages
- Strong skills in repackaging applications
- Knowledge of software packaging technologies and products, e.g., Windows Installer (MSI), AdminStudio
- Good understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, Batch
- Willingness to take responsibility; work methodically and solution-oriented
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work independently
- Very good German and good English
