Requirements

• Solid experience in managing targets, performance indicators, and strategic rollout.
• Proficiency in methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Management by Guidelines (GPD) and/or OKR.
• Advanced Excel and executive-level PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with goal-management systems (Mereo, SAP, Siteware or similar).
• Strong analytical ability, systems thinking, and autonomy in leading critical processes.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels.
• Nice to have:
• Power BI and/or Python
• Financial knowledge
• Experience in strategic planning
• Experience in project management
