About the role

  • Corporate Lawyer at Dasa handling labor law consulting and compliance. Supporting negotiations and ensuring adherence to legislation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide labor law advisory services, offering preventive and strategic guidance to internal teams.
  • Assist with negotiations with trade unions and draft/monitor collective bargaining agreements and related instruments.
  • Participate in and support conduct and compliance committees, ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable legislation.
  • Manage the flow of MTE fines (Ministry of Labor and Employment) and oversee the regularization of pending issues on certificates/clearances.
  • Draft legal documents, opinions, and communications with excellent written quality.

Requirements

  • Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a company legal department (in-house).
  • Proven experience in labor law advisory (consultative) within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in union negotiations and collective bargaining instruments.
  • Participation in conduct and compliance committees.
  • Experience managing MTE fines and regularizing certificates/clearances.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and objectively.
  • Knowledge of or prior experience in Social Security law (Direito Previdenciário) is a plus.
