About the role

Responsibilities
- Project management for new-build and retrofit plant projects in the energy sector, including cost and resource planning
- Operational owner’s representative on site
- Independently manage construction projects from planning and permitting through implementation, commissioning and documentation
- Responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets and for achieving project objectives during project execution
- Point of contact for contractors, engineering firms, expert assessors and authorities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Plant Engineering, or a comparable qualification, or training as a state-certified technician
- Ideally, practical experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in plant engineering
- Basic knowledge of construction and environmental law, contract law and the VOB (German construction contract regulations)
- Technical know‑how in renewable energies, especially biogas plants, is an advantage
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Hold a valid Class B driving licence
