Responsibilities
Assume project management responsibility for new construction and retrofit projects in the energy sector (e.g., biogas plants, power plants), including cost and resource planning
Act as the client’s on-site representative
Independently manage construction projects from planning and permitting through execution, commissioning and documentation
Responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets and for achieving project objectives during project execution
Primary point of contact for contractors, engineering firms, assessors and authorities
Requirements
Degree in Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Plant Engineering, or a comparable qualification, or qualification as a state-certified technician
Practical experience as a project manager or project engineer in plant engineering
Basic knowledge of construction and environmental law, contract law, and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
Technical know-how in renewable energies, particularly biogas plants, is an advantage
Proficient use of MS Office products
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Possession of a valid Class B driving licence
