About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter im Vertragsmanagement bei der Danpower-Gruppe in Potsdam. Überprüfung, Gestaltung und Verwaltung von Verträgen im Bereich Wärmeversorgung und Energie.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft and manage, among others, district heating supply, operator and lease agreements as well as end-customer contracts
  • Process amendments, addenda, contract terminations and objections
  • Serve as a link between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal department
  • Responsible for handling and securing land-related matters, such as plant ownership and rights-of-way for district heating networks
  • Manage and document the land and asset rights granted to the Danpower Group
  • Ensure proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents
  • Support the distribution and dispatch of signed contracts

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., office administrator, industrial clerk or legal assistant, or a comparable qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience in contract management – ideally in the energy sector or a technical environment
  • Solid knowledge of contract law, district heating or energy industry topics
  • Comfortable with direct customer contact
  • Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office programs
