About the role
- Senior Developer designing and developing custom quote solutions within the Digital Customer Experience team at Danfoss. Collaborating with international colleagues to optimize the quotation process in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Conducting technical design and development of a custom quoting solution.
- Translating complex business requirements into well-architected, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Developing and maintaining custom Apex, Lightning Web Components to support the quoting process.
- Integrating the custom quoting solution with other applications.
- Ensuring the solution is optimized for performance and provides excellent user experience for business users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the quoting application and related integrations.
- Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong portfolio of custom-built solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experienced in integrating with external applications using web services and REST API.
- Good understanding of the quotation process.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Nice to have: Salesforce Developer certification.
