Responsibilities
Analyze and handle 2nd-level tickets in the area of Unified Communications (UC) for our customers
Provide service for UC solutions on-site at customer locations as well as remotely
Independently implement UC systems, network solutions, servers and applications such as call center or voicemail
Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
Experience in 2nd-level support for Unified Communications (UC)
Knowledge of structured cabling and telecommunications technology
Knowledge of routing/switching and experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Independent and structured working style as well as the ability to work in a team
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct customer contact
