About the role
- Field CTO overseeing the Enterprise Networking strategy and collaboration with Technical Architects and Clients. Leading innovation in AI-driven Networking and Network Automation for enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the development and implementation of the enterprise networking strategy — always aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- You will act as a technical sparring partner for enterprise and public-sector clients, conducting workshops, roundtables, and architecture reviews with C-level decision makers.
- You will drive the development of Network-as-a-Service, managed security services, and hybrid as well as cloud-native network solutions.
- You will translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- You will publish whitepapers, host webinars, and represent Damovo at international events and vendor summits.
- You will work closely with leading partners such as Cisco, Extreme Networks, HPE Aruba, Nokia, and Palo Alto to develop new services and go-to-market strategies.
- You will act as a mentor to technical teams, sharing your knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including at least 10 years in senior technical roles.
- Expert knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, wireless networking, network security, and cloud connectivity.
- Practical experience with AI-driven network automation and predictive analytics.
- Experience advising enterprise and public-sector clients at the C-level.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technology trends into business opportunities.
- Established relationships with leading security vendors and technology partners.
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a trust-building presence — both internally and externally.
- Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
