- Responsibility for the continued development of the infrastructure architecture
- Technical leadership of projects and strategic initiatives in the Cloud & Platform area
- Coordination and further development of Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (ILM)
- Representation of the department on the company-wide Enterprise Architecture Board
- Responsibility for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) concepts and their implementation
Requirements
- Background as a Systems or DevOps Engineer with demonstrated progression to a Cloud/Infrastructure Architect role in complex IT environments
- Solid expertise in Public Cloud (Microsoft Azure), Workplace & Collaboration (M365), Networking & Security, and IAM
- Strong understanding of availability, security, and recovery requirements in cloud scenarios
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (business-fluent German; English at least B2)
- Ability to make strategic architecture decisions operationally implementable and to mediate between architecture, operations, and project teams.
