Responsibilities
- Work within cross-functional teams including Automation Engineering, Hardware Design, and Software engineers to deliver comprehensive project deliverables
- Work directly with Cybertrol’s customers to define OT-related project requirements and help design OT network-based solutions
- Communicate effectively with project team members for status, deliverables, and technical needs
- Manage configuration and commissioning of industrial datacenters, including hardware and network equipment
- Responding to urgent network-related incidents
- Perform site operational technology assessments, develop site assessment reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Create system documentation for both internal and external audiences
- Assist with proposal generation and estimating
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives
- Refine and implement OT standards
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT/OT-related field and 7+ years of professional experience or 10+ years of directly relevant professional experience
- Relevant experience within an industrial/manufacturing OT environment
- Expert-level knowledge of and Associate or higher-level certifications held with VMware, Cisco, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and industrial hardware/software
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products a plus
