About the role
- Vendor Management Analyst helping manage outsourced vendors for CVS Health's 340B support. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in vendor management processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist and participate in activities related to the management of outsourced vendors for 340B support
- Partner with operations both within CVS/Caremark and the vendor teams to ensure critical tasks and initiatives are completed accurately and on time
- Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional meetings
- Assist with Vendor record management, audits, delegation oversight, training and quality
- Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
- Work collaboratively with peers to effectively maintain client and member satisfaction
- Review, understand and interpret data to identify areas of opportunity
- Work with other areas on solutions that have direct impact on our clients and the overall 340B program
- Help create vendor scorecards and performance dashboards that summarize key metrics, trends, and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
- 1-2+ years of demonstrated learning and development preferably in the Pharma, Health Care sector or relevant technical field
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) preferred
- Agile for HR and L&D certification preferred
- Knowledge of MS office, PowerPoint
