About the role
- Senior Manager of Strategic Planning managing performance and execution of commercial operating plan at CVS Health. Collaborating across departments to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Owns the execution and performance management of the commercial operating plan
- Translates defined strategies into clear initiatives with owners, timelines, budgets, and KPIs

Requirements
- 7-10 years of industry experience and expertise within healthcare services organizations
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Adept at execution and delivery skills
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exemplary communication, presentation, and partnership skills
- Strong executive briefing and storytelling skills
- Ability to develop structured problem-solving skills to identify root cause of issues and develop recommendations for resolution
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
