About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive, high-quality briefings to prepare the CEO for external meetings.
  • Drive enterprise management processes by partnering across the enterprise, developing meeting agendas and coordinating attendees.
  • Draft clear, concise, and impactful communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with the CEO’s vision.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive support role.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional ability to produce error-free materials and manage complex processes with precision.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to quickly grasp the company’s strategic priorities and industry dynamics.
  • Confidence to challenge senior leadership constructively, offering insights to refine strategies and decisions.
  • Strong commitment to excellence, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
