About the role

  • Lead the consolidation, strategic evaluation, in-depth analysis, and continuous evolution of the financial planning process.
  • Serve as the primary architect and driver of planning excellence across the enterprise.
  • Focus on the Health Care Benefits (HCB) segment as the primary partner for deliverables and analysis.
  • Oversee a high-performing team and serve as a key advisor to EPPM executive leadership, influencing financial narratives for stakeholders.
  • Champion planning process transformation by streamlining workflows, enhancing coordination, and embedding best practices.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of managed care industry knowledge.
  • 2 + years of financial budgeting and/or forecasting experience.
  • Actuarial background, including certifications (FSA or ASA).
  • FP&A planning technology experience, including Hyperion , SAP/S4 , and/or Anaplan systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
