The InnoTech LDP offers an opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high-energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives and who want to be on the ground floor of technological innovation that aims to reinvent what a healthcare company can be.
In this full-time development program, participants are matched to an important role in the Ventures, Experience, and Technology organization.
Rotation placements are assigned based on business needs, interests, and/or previous experiences.
Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school- or work-related projects
Demonstrated project management capabilities – highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Examples include leading a school- or work-related project from start to finish
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to synthesize large amounts of information and identify cause-effect relationships.
