Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by enforcing data entry standards
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Provide data-backed insights to broker teams for internal and external reporting
- Generate and distribute monthly pipeline reports with historical trend analysis
- Prepare and deliver Year-End (YE) and Quarterly (QE) reports summarizing team performance
- Create advanced BI applications to support data-driven decision-making for business leaders and clients
- Design and maintain dashboards to visualize trends and key performance metrics
- Partner with Capital Markets teams to develop deliverables that enhance client relationships and drive new business
- Serve as a liaison between broker teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to optimize data tools
- Explore and integrate new technologies to improve data analysis and visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role
- Curiosity and experience exploring emerging technologies such as AI, large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), and agent-based workflows to enhance analytics and automate business insights
- Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI to data analysis, reporting automation, and decision support
- Expertise in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and client-facing expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox
- Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.
