About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative infrastructure supporting physician and preceptor engagement within Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
- Oversee preceptor recruitment, credentialing support, scheduling coordination, and performance tracking across training sites.
- Produce regular status reports, manage budgets tied to the initiative, and coordinate to align program operations with broader RHTP milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
- Strong organizational and administrative management capabilities
- Experience coordinating across healthcare systems, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Knowledge of physician training, credentialing, or clinical education administration preferred
