Responsibilities
Manage the administrative infrastructure supporting physician and preceptor engagement within Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
Oversee preceptor recruitment, credentialing support, scheduling coordination, and performance tracking across training sites.
Produce regular status reports, manage budgets tied to the initiative, and coordinate to align program operations with broader RHTP milestones.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
Strong organizational and administrative management capabilities
Experience coordinating across healthcare systems, academic institutions, and government agencies
Knowledge of physician training, credentialing, or clinical education administration preferred
