About the role

  • Customer Support Agent providing service to German-speaking clients in Athens. Working remotely or onsite with thorough training and relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve account or technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform timely follow-ups
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • German: C2 / native-level
  • English: B2 or higher
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
  • Flexibility to work onsite or remotely, including shift work (Monday–Sunday, project-dependent)
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens at least one week before starting work (for onsite positions)
