Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
  • Actively assist in all store departments
  • Lead by example on the sales floor
  • Manage day-to-day team activities within your assigned area
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
