About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Actively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
- Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and sharing this knowledge with consumers
- Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
