About the role
- Senior QA Specialist contributing to quality assurance strategy and execution in fintech company. Establishing QA processes and mentoring junior specialists in Tallinn office.
Responsibilities
- Establishing a robust testing framework for both regular product reviews and for any development works
- Defining standardised acceptance criteria based on different nature of developments process
- Selecting the optimal tooling for the QA
- Supporting, advising and mentoring other stakeholders (PM, Growth leads, Ops leads) that are taking part of product reviews in QA processes.
- Make sure that all our developments stay compliant and aligned with our Data Quality and Data Security Policies
- Mentor other junior QA Specialists with an option to become a Team lead in the future.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Tester or in a comparable position
- Expertise in Mobile App Testing (Essential).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing is advantageous
- Proficient in documenting and troubleshooting issues
- Strong communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Experience with mentoring junior specialists
