About the role

Responsibilities
- Platform Management (Recupera): Administer and configure the Recupera system (SysOpen), ensuring correct operation of the collections modules.
- Configuration of Collection Rules: Configure trigger strategies, portfolio segmentation and negotiation flows according to CRM/Collections guidelines.
- Integrations and APIs: Maintain and monitor integrations between Recupera and legacy systems (Core Banking, ERPs, credit bureaus such as Serasa/Boa Vista) and outreach channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Dialers).
- Specialized Support: Resolve complex incidents, troubleshoot data flows, remittance and return files, and application errors.
- Data Analysis and Queries: Extract and analyze data directly from the system database to produce technical reports, audits and balance/reconciliation validations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize the system to reduce recovery costs and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Recupera (SysOpen): Proven experience in parameterization and sustaining the tool.
- Databases (SQL Server or Oracle): Advanced knowledge of complex queries, stored procedures and analysis of tables within the Recupera ecosystem.
- Payments/Collections Knowledge: Understanding of boleto, PIX, bank settlement flows and CNAB files (remittance/return).
- Integrations: Experience with Web Services, REST APIs and ETL processes.
- Business Logic: Understanding of Aging, Write-off, Provision for Doubtful Debts (PDD) and collection trigger rules.
- Availability for hybrid work: Required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once per month for four consecutive days, typically in the last or first week of the month (Creditas In Person).
