Responsibilities
- Work at the forefront of technical execution, ensuring continuous maintenance and updates of the platform.
- Manage ticket queues and the TechDevOps support channel, ensuring prompt responses to requests from development tribes.
- Focus on initiatives that reduce time spent on manual maintenance, enabling the team to concentrate on new backlog items.
- Ensure infrastructure routines are up to date, acting proactively to maintain environment stability.
Requirements
- Experience in support and sustainment routines for engineering platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure processes, cloud technologies, and DevOps tools.
- Results-oriented ("doer") profile: execution-focused and quick in addressing tickets and queued initiatives.
- Mindset focused on automating repetitive tasks and reducing operational costs.
- Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
