About the role

  • Chargé d'équipe en comptabilité générale au crédit agricole à Le Mans. Gérer l'exactitude des comptes et animer l'équipe comptable en respectant les normes financières.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the necessary measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounts
  • Lead and coordinate the accounting team's activities
  • Implement and maintain accounting standards
  • Coordinate IT projects
  • Perform and control period-end closing calculations and processes
  • Prepare statutory and regulatory reports and filings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (minimum Bac +3) or equivalent
  • Significant experience managing an accounting team
  • Enjoy working in a team (team player)
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in an evolving environment
  • Strong analytical and synthesizing skills
  • Proven report-writing and documentation skills
  • Rigorous organization and the ability to identify and prioritize urgent tasks
