Requirements
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager*in, Account-Manager*in, Kundenberater*in oder in einer ähnlichen Position
- Erfahrung im Agenturleben und erfolgreiche Arbeit in Agentur-Teams
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder digitale Medien
- Sehr umfassendes Know-how in der Führung von Projekten im Digital Marketing, Social-Media und Performance-Marketing
- Gut strukturiert und selbstständig arbeiten, auch in stressigen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf bewahren
- Stark in der Selbstorganisation und Führung von Projekten
- Freude am Arbeiten im leistungsorientierten Team
- Verantwortung übernehmen und souverän vor Kund*innen agieren, sicher in der Leitung von Workshops und Präsentationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse, Englisch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
