Responsibilities
- Support the B2B sales team with customer communication, quotes, and order processing.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth shipping for wholesale customers.
- Plan and track deliveries, manage schedules, and liaise with external logistics partners.
- Analyze orders, assist with forecasting, and monitor inventory levels.
- Bring your own ideas to develop and implement new product concepts and improvements.
- Bring your ideas to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- You are a student (m/f/d) in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales).
- The internship must be a mandatory part of your Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
- You have an interest in sales, logistics, production, and CRM.
- You are proactive, team-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- You have excellent German and English skills.
- You are comfortable with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally familiar with Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus.
- You are motivated, self-driven, and able to organize your tasks independently while taking responsibility for your results.
