About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support internal communication campaigns, content calendars, and events
  • Help organize company events and culture initiatives
  • Create and edit content for internal announcements and newsletters
  • Contribute to content creation for social media and the corporate website
  • Support employer branding and selected external communication activities
  • Coordinate with different teams and track ongoing projects
  • Prepare briefs, updates, and basic reports on activities and metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or similar
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Teams, Canva, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of social media content and digital communication
  • Creative mindset, positive attitude, and team spirit
