Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web or enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and managing design system components.
- Strong understanding of UX principles including usability, accessibility, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and designing intuitive user journeys and workflows.
- Experience working with and extending design systems while maintaining visual and interaction consistency.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for modern web applications.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS to support effective developer collaboration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency across designs.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, and UI design capabilities.
