About the role

  • Marketing Assistant supporting the marketing team of Covivio, focusing on operational marketing concepts and experiences, including communication and content structure.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Concept & Digital team, you will contribute to the development of marketing concepts and experiences from definition to operational deployment
  • Create and update communication materials while respecting brand guidelines and visual identities: sales presentations, event materials, etc.
  • Collect and structure content for concept books
  • Design creative and inspiring moodboards (identity, brand universe, storytelling)
  • Write and manage creative briefs for graphic designers
  • Oversee production of marketing tools
  • Manage and monitor on-site communication materials (signage, displays, visitor routes) with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Translate concepts into on-site experiences across the customer journey, through styling/accessories and event activations
  • Design, produce and follow up on packaging and gift boxes (prospects / partners)
  • Participate in market studies and target analysis, defining personas as a starting point for concepts and experiences
  • Monitor and benchmark marketing, retail, hospitality and brand experience trends
  • Identify and analyze potential partnership opportunities aligned with the concepts and proposed experience
  • Analyze customer journeys and experiences and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Enrolled in the final year of a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/5) at a university or school in communication, marketing and/or advertising
  • Strong skills in marketing and communications
  • Developing sensitivity to graphic design, adapting brand guidelines and brand universes
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create and deploy communication materials
  • Interest in operational marketing, events and customer experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curious, dynamic, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to varied stakeholders
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient with office and presentation software, notably PowerPoint and Canva
